Here at The Mick George Group we are looking for a Commodities Account Manager to join the team.

Location: Head Office - Huntingdon, PE29 6XU

Working Hours: Monday - Friday between site 8AM - 5PM, Occasional Saturday Work

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organised person to join the team. This NEW office-based role will involve managing a portfolio of clients within the waste management and recycling sector, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising collection efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and waste collection requests via phone and email.
Administer and communicate monthly pricing for clients’ recyclable materials.
Book and manage collections using Roadrunner and/or Elemos systems.
Optimise collections by coordinating full and part loads from multiple customers to maximise profit.
Monitor and manage non-conformances in line with company procedures.
Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
Provide clients with accurate data, reports, and updates.
Effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously
