Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join the Out of Area team.
Location: Huntingdon
Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 7am – 6pm, Saturday work as and when required.

About the Role
The role will heavily rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment. Making sure every customer has the ultimate customer experience from start to finish. Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage answering the phone, complete administrative, prioritise tasks all with high attention to detail. Previous Customer Service experience is essential to thrive in this position

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel waste and recycling pickups
  • Handle billing questions, payments, and service fees
  • Resolve missed pickups, damaged bins, or service complaints
  • Update customer records accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow client-specific policies and service-level agreements
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Complete any adhoc requests.

Skills & Requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service or call centre work
  • Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
  • Ability to remain calm with customers
  • Good time management and attention to detail
